With over five years of teaching experience in both further and higher education, I’ve had the privilege of supporting students across a range of academic levels, from college learners to undergraduate students. My approach is always tailored, supportive, and built around each individual’s needs and goals.

Teaching & Leadership
For two years, I held the position of Programme Leader for two undergraduate degrees:
- BA (Hons) Criminology and Law
- FdA Public Service Management
This role allowed me to gain deep experience in curriculum development, academic mentoring, and guiding students to meet their full potential.
Proven Results
I’ve supported students through private tuition too, including one student with complex needs who achieved an A grade in A-Level Criminology after two years of one-to-one support. That kind of progress and confidence boost is what drives me as a tutor.
Industry Insight
Alongside my academic work, I spent two years working with South Yorkshire Police as an Appropriate Adult, supporting service users in custody during arrest procedures, including interviews, rights readings, DNA testing and searches. This real-world experience adds a unique depth to the subjects I teach, particularly Criminology and Law.
